This website (themightyalexandra.com) is operated by Healing Essence Revive Aromatherapy ("H.E.R.A Coaching", "we", "us"), founded by Alexandra Fota, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it, in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy law.

What we collect

Email address — when you join the newsletter or the TMA App waitlist, we collect the email you provide and which form you used.
Booking details — consultations are scheduled through Calendly, which collects your name, email, and appointment details under Calendly's privacy policy.
Correspondence — if you email us at heracoaching@proton.me, we keep that correspondence to respond to you.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

How we use it

To send the newsletter or waitlist updates you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour unsubscribes promptly (per Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, CASL).
To prepare for and follow up on consultations you book.
To respond to your messages.

Third-party services

We use a small number of service providers to run this site: Cloudflare (hosting), Calendly (scheduling), and Resend (email delivery). Product links on this site go to doTERRA, an independent company with its own privacy practices. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

Retention and your rights

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — email heracoaching@proton.me and we will respond within 30 days.
